Helpful for Loved Ones who may not be Able to go on Physical Tour
A virtual assisted living tour here at Vista Springs may be more suitable for those with physical disabilities. While we would love to show you around our gorgeous property, moving around pain-free just isn’t possible for some of our guests. While we want to make you as comfortable as possible, a virtual tour can be the best option. This allows us to show you everything Vista Springs has to offer, all from the comfort of your own couch. If you or a loved one isn’t able to go on a physical tour, a virtual tour could be the perfect solution!
More Family Members or Friends Can Join Along
In-person tours here at Vista Springs are currently limited to two people. But during a virtual assisted living tour, you can have as many as you want! However, as we want the tour to be valuable, we ask that you please don’t invite too many people. As your family may be excited about this big decision in your life, now everyone can experience the tour together!

Check Your Internet Connection Prior to the Tour
Since technology can be a pain, we ask that you please check your internet connection before the appointment. If you need help, ask a friend or loved one for assistance.
Community Representative will Connect with You via Webcam
When your appointment begins, you should expect a video call from one of our representatives. They will connect with you via webcam, so you’ll also want to make sure your webcam is on and working.
A Virtual Tour Just Like the Real Thing
Once we have all of the technology squared away, a representative will walk you around the property, just like they would during an in-person appointment. Our virtual tours are powered by a mobile device, so we show you all over our beautiful property!
