There is no single point at which long-term care becomes necessary. Most families recognize it in a pattern rather than an event: repeated calls, missed medication, a stove left on, a walk that ended somewhere unexpected.
What is Rediscovery Care™?
Rediscovery Care™ is a specialized residential program designed for individuals experiencing cognitive change. Our team is uniquely trained to understand the evolving needs, preferences, and experiences that accompany memory loss, providing compassionate support that honors each person's story, strengths, and individuality.
Rather than defining people by a diagnosis, we focus on creating opportunities for joy, purpose, connection, and meaningful engagement every day. Thoughtfully designed living spaces, secure and welcoming environments, therapeutic outdoor areas, and evidence-based enrichment programs help Members remain engaged, supported, and connected to what matters most.

Wandering is the risk families fear most. It is addressed in the architecture rather than by restricting Members, so people can move freely within a space that is safe by design.
